I have an extensive and diverse background working with children and families. I have experience in Head Start Case management and NJ Early Intervention as a Child Developmental Specialist. As an educator; I am a certified teacher with Special Education and Elementary Education Endorsements in NJ, DE, FL & GA. I have focused the last 12 years of my career specifically toward Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I have dedicated my professional journey to providing quality ABA services.
I started the business to address a drastic need for effective and ethical ABA services as well as fostering a fair and positive work environments for ABA practitioners.

I am a graduate of Kaplan University with a Master’s of Science in ABA Studies. I have been supporting children and families in the school and community settings of over 20 years. The last 4 years, I shifted my focus toward the treatment of Autism to help children with special needs increase their independence by closing the gaps in their development. My passions include increasing communication, social skills, daily living and reducing maladaptive behaviors.
My goal is to to continue to provide patience, care and compassionate services via ABA therapy.
My name is Brianna Kelly, I have been providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy at Intentional Interventions for 5 years and recently became a BCBA. My passion as a Behavior Analyst is to continue to provide my clients with excellent and meaningful ABA therapy. currently, I oversee managerial aspects of running the company in addition to providing clinical oversight. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Stockton University and a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Walden University.
My name is Abriya Kelly. I have been an RBT and part of IIT since 2021. In my current role as the RBT Case Manager, I oversee managerial aspects of running the company in addition to supporting the clinical implementation as well. I graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelors and Master's degree in Social Work. I am licensed in the State of New Jersey as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and am currently pursuing clinical licensure (LCSW). In addition to working as a behavior therapist, I assist the clinical director with social services case management.
My name is Kierstan Smith and I have been in the field of ABA for over 5 years and employed with IIT over 4 years. I have worked in several different environments such as the school system, home setting, community/residential, and now center based. I graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in Health Behavior Science. As a student athlete there, as well, I enjoy the benefits of being on a team and working together. This includes collaborating with my fellow staff members as well as families, teachers, and other providers of my clients. In the future I plan on continuing my journey in ABA therapy, whatever path it might lead me down next, and keep trying to improve the lives that need it most.
My name is Peyton, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rowan University. Prior to joining Intentional Interventions over 2 years ago, I engaged in various volunteer activities working with children and families at local churches and other volunteer organizations. In addition to providing ABA therapy, I can be relied upon to build a bookcase, or update a spreadsheet. I pride myself on my flexibility and reliability within IIT.
My name is Amir Dunn, I’m a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy. I am currently pursuing a Bachers of Psychology at Rowan University, with the ultimate goal of continuing my graduate degree to become a Behavior Analyst. My name is Gabriel Velez and I am a senior at Stockton University and will graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. My ultimate goal is to acquire my PhD in Trauma Psychology and become a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I have been with Intentional Interventions approximately a year, while this has been my first experience with ABA, I have prior experience working with individuals with Autism via Play Therapy. My name is Jessica Lang. I'm a mother to two beautiful babies, love anime, and a gamer! I have been in the field of Aba since 2011 where I worked with adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities as well as autism. I made a transition to working with children with autism providing center based services in 2024 and absolutely fell in love with it. I have my masters degree in applied behavioral analysis from Ball State University. I've been in love with this field for over 10 years now and plan to pursue my BCBA certification. I plan to learn as much as I can and most importantly assist the kiddos with any and all needs that they have to help us grow together!

My name is John Knowles Jr, I am the eldest brother of five siblings, and an uncle to four amazing nephews. I hail from Southern Jersey, and am very into comics, sci-fi/fantasy novels, gaming, and music! I highly value morality and virtues, such as compassion, patience, kindness, and honesty.
