Hello, I am a loving wife and mother who prides myself on respect and integrity. I enjoy spending time and making memories with my family, including my workplace family. I value the importance of healthy connections and meaningful relationships I strive to create a positive workplace atmosphere for my staff, which will allow them to provide the experience to the families we serve.
I have an extensive and diverse background working with children and families. I have experience in Head Start Case management and NJ Early Intervention as a Child Developmental Specialist. As an educator; I am a certified teacher with Special Education and Elementary Education Endorsements in NJ, DE, FL & GA. I have focused the last 10 years of my career specifically toward Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). I have dedicated my professional journey to providing quality ABA services.
I started the business to address a drastic need for effective and ethical ABA services as well as fostering a fair and positive work environments for ABA practitioners.

Our team of experienced consultants has a diverse background in education, business, and other fields. We bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our work, and we are committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients.
I am a graduate of Kaplan University with a Master’s of Science in ABA Studies. I have been supporting children and families in the school and community settings of over 20 years. The last 4 years, I shifted my focus toward the treatment of Autism to help children with special needs increase their independence by closing the gaps in their development. My passions include increasing communication, social skills, daily living and reducing maladaptive behaviors.
My goal is to to continue to provide patience, care and compassionate services via ABA therapy.
I graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and earned a Master of Science in Education from Long Island University. I obtained certification in behavior analysis upon completion of a rigid post-graduate program and supervised field experience. I am also certified in the areas of elementary, early childhood, and special education. I have worked with a wide-range of age groups and in a variety of practice settings as a special education teacher, behavior therapist, and BCBA. In my free time, I have authored several books geared towards helping young learners communicate.
My name is Brianna Kelly, I have been providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy at Intentional Interventions for 5 years and recently became a BCBA. My passion as a Behavior Analyst is to continue to provide my clients with excellent and meaningful ABA therapy. currently, I oversee managerial aspects of running the company in addition to providing clinical oversight. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Stockton University and a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Walden University.
My name is Kierstan Smith and I have been in the field of ABA for over 5 years and employed with IIT over 4 years. I have worked in several different environments such as the school system, home setting, community/residential, and now center based. I graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in Health Behavior Science. As a student athlete there, as well, I enjoy the benefits of being on a team and working together. This includes collaborating with my fellow staff members as well as families, teachers, and other providers of my clients. In the future I plan on continuing my journey in ABA therapy, whatever path it might lead me down next, and keep trying to improve the lives that need it most.
My name is Abriya Kelly. I have been an RBT and part of IIT since 2021. In my current role as the Lead RBT, I oversee managerial aspects of running the company in addition to supporting the clinical implementation as well. I graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelors and Master's degree in Social Work. I am licensed in the State of New Jersey as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and am currently pursuing clinical licensure (LCSW). In addition to working as a behavior therapist, I assist the clinical director with social services case management.
My name is E’maad and I’m an enthusiastic sports lover and avid gamer. My joy extends to quality time with friends and family, creating meaningful connections that add depth and warmth to life's adventures. As a Registered Behavior Technician, I am able to provide patient and compassionate therapy to my clients. I have experience working with children in various sports and childcare settings which has contributed to my success and enjoyment of my current role. I am enjoying my role in helping children grow and overcome the challenges Autism brings.
My name is Sabree Cool, I am from Bloomfield, New Jersey. I am currently a senior at Stockton University working toward a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology. I have been recognized by Stockton University for being on the dean's list all 4 years, being a Residential Assistant for recovery students, and being a member of the National Honors Society at Stockton. I aspire to obtain my PhD in clinical psychology. I have always had a strong passion for studying the mind and working in the field of mental health. I come from a family of teachers, therapists, and childcare professionals. I am the oldest of seven siblings, which made me have a strong understanding and care for children.
My name is Peyton, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rowan University. Prior to joining Intentional Interventions over 2 years ago, I engaged in various volunteer activities working with children and families at local churches and other volunteer organizations. In addition to providing ABA therapy, I can be relied upon to build a bookcase, or update a spreadsheet. I pride myself on my flexibility and reliability within IIT.
My name is Amir Dunn, I’m a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy. I am currently pursuing a Bachers of Psychology at Rowan University, with the ultimate goal of continuing my graduate degree to become a Behavior Analyst. I am a dedicated and passionate third-year student pursuing dual majors in Biological Sciences and Psychological Sciences at Rowan University. My academic pursuits align with my ambition to become a forensic psychiatrist, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to mental health and well-being.
Currently, I am making a tangible impact in healthcare as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), demonstrating his commitment to patient care and emergency response. My proactive approach extends beyond emergency medical services, as I am working towards certifications in phlebotomy and pharmacy technology, furthering my expertise in the healthcare field.
In parallel, I serve as a Registered Behavior Technician, applying my knowledge in psychology and biology to support individuals with Autism. My empathetic nature and analytical skills make me an invaluable asset in this role, where I strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those I serve.

I graduated with my Bachelors Degree in Marine Science but fell in love with employee relations and recruiting after a big move to Arizona after college. After living all over the U.S. and gaining as much experience as I could in HR, it became my new passion.
