Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

  

Assessment & Treatment Planning

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS,  Vineland, functional behavior assessments).
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment data, client needs, and evidence-based practices.
  • Create measurable goals targeting skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
  • Regularly update plans, progress summaries, and medical-necessity documentation.

Program Development & Clinical Oversight

  • Design and modify skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Monitor treatment integrity through direct observation, data review, and collaboration with staff.
  • Analyze client progress and treatment data to make informed clinical decisions.
  • Ensure all programming aligns with insurance guidelines and clinical best practices.

Supervision & Staff Support

  • Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs/BTs, ensuring treatment fidelity and ethical  practice.
  • Deliver performance feedback, coaching, and competency-based training.
  • Conduct overlapping sessions, modeling interventions and prompting strategies.
  • Support staff with crisis management procedures and behavior-support implementation.

Collaboration & Interdisciplinary Coordination

  • Work collaboratively with clinic leadership, intake coordinators, and administrative staff.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and inter-professional communication.
  • Coordinate with schools, medical providers, or allied therapists when authorized.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and ethical clinical documentation following BACB standards.
  • Complete  session notes, treatment plans, progress reports, reassessments, and insurance documentation within required timelines.
  • Follow all HIPAA, FERPA, and organizational privacy protocols.

Qualifications

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and good standing with the BACB.
  • NJ LBA Eligible 
  • Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements


(Registered) Behavior Technician

  • Deliver individualized ABA therapy in clinic setting under BCBA supervision
  • Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs as written in the treatment plan
  • Collect accurate, real-time data on client behavior and skill progress
  • Follow behavior support and safety protocols, including de-escalation and reinforcement strategies
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to maintain RBT certification and improve clinical skills
  • Assist in maintaining a fun, structured, and child-friendly learning environment
  • Communicate professionally with parents, caregivers, and team members regarding session updates and client progress

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
  • CPR-First Aid Certification
  • Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willingness to obtain
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities, preferred
  • Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow clinical direction and maintain confidentiality
  • Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements


Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

  

  

Family & Caregiver Training

  • Conduct  parent/caregiver training sessions to promote generalization of skills.
  • Communicate      progress, goals, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
  • Provide      trauma-informed and culturally respectful guidance when appropriate.

Additional Requirements 

  • Maintain ethical conduct aligned with BACB standards.
  • Follow    clinic protocols, safety procedures, and confidential information      policies.
  • Complete required supervision hours and maintain BCaBA certification in good standing.
  • Gather  baseline data, observe client behavior, and help identify skill deficits.
  • Collaborate with the supervising BCBA on treatment plans, behavior reduction strategies, and skill acquisition goals.
  • Review treatment protocols with technicians to ensure correct implementation.
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to RBTs/BTs under BCBA supervision.
  • Complete required documentation in accordance with HIPAA, BACB guidelines, and      agency policies.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with supervisors, technicians, and caregivers.

Qualifications

  • Current  BCaBA certification and good standing with the BACB.
  • NJ LBA Eligible 
  • Must pass background check and meet state/funding requirements

Front Desk Receptionist

  • Greet children and families with a friendly, compassionate attitude
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Schedule, confirm, and adjust therapy sessions and assessments
  • Check clients in and out, manage attendance, and collect copayments or documentation as needed
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
  • Assist with new client intake paperwork and insurance verification
  • Support clinical staff with scheduling and administrative needs
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and family-friendly front office area

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in a pediatric, therapy, or healthcare setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling or EMR software
  • Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor with a love for working with children and families
  • Must pass background check
